Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free in the UK (including NI) on all orders over £50.
For orders under £50 we charge a flat rate of £4.95 no matter how many items you order.
Rates outside the UK are as follows:
Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland £7.95 - Free for orders over £100.
France, Germany, Denmark, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, £9.95 - Free for orders over £150
Italy, Spain, Portugal £14.95 - Free for orders over £195
Czech Republic, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Austria £28.95 - Free for orders over £450
USA - Free for all clothing and soft goods orders over £250. All orders below £250 delivered for £17.95 (US $27.)

Returns and Exchange Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from pargolfonline.co.uk, you may return unused goods within 21 days of receipt for a full refund.
An allowance for carriage is chargeable on returned goods where the initial purchase qualified for free delivery and the goods have been returned for a refund after 7 days. Refunds will be made as soon as possible.
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from pargolfonline.co.uk, you may return unused goods within 21 days of receipt for an exchange.
If you are returning goods for an exchange please include a cheque for £4.95 (payable to The Leisure Marketing Company) to cover part of the cost of returning the exchange to you by courier.
Cancelation of Order
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days if you wish (under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations). If you wish to cancel your order please either e-mail or telephone us to advise of this. If your order has not yet been dispatched then we will refund you in full, if your order has already been sent then when it is received back it will be refunded less the costs of delivery.
Incorrect Goods Delivered
In the unlikely event that we dispatch the incorrect goods to you we will refund your reasonable shipping costs and resend the goods to you carriage free.
All goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the manufacturer. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken.
For purchases under 21 days old, we will exchange the item at our expense. Please contact our returns team on 01245 222993 or e-mail email@example.com to arrange an exchange over.
For purchases over 21 days old and less than 12 months old - please send back the item to the address below. We will inspect the item. At our discretion, we will either repair, replace or return the item to you (we return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault). If we feel the item is faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that you have incurred when the item was returned.
Returning a product
We recommend that you use a signed for service for all returns and that you ensure the goods are adequately insured for loss or damage during transit. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
