The majority of our orders are delivered direct from stock and dispatched within 5-7 days of order. All orders are acknowledged by e-mail and in the unlikely event of a delay we will contact you personally to ensure you always know how your order is progressing.  No substitutes to your order will ever be made without your prior authorisation and approval.
