Returns and Exchange Policy
Cancelation of Order You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days if you wish (under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations). If you wish to cancel your order please either e-mail or telephone us to advise of this. If your order has not yet been dispatched then we will refund you in full, if your order has already been sent then when it is received back it will be refunded less the costs of delivery.
Unused Goods-For Refund In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from pargolferonline.co.uk, you may return unused goods within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. In the case of clubs we regret that refunds can only be made for clubs that have not been hit.
Please Note: We can only offer refunds on custom made products if they are faulty.
Unused Goods-For Exchange In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from pargolferonline.co.uk, you may return unused goods within 21 days of receipt for an exchange. In the case of clubs we regret that refunds can only be made for clubs that have not been hit. Carriage is chargeable on the exchanged goods.
Incorrect Goods Delivered In the unlikely event that we dispatch the incorrect goods to you we will refund your reasonable shipping costs and resend the goods to you carriage free.
Faulty goods All goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the manufacturer. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken.
For purchases under 21 days old, we will exchange the item at our expense. Please contact our returns team on 08707459029 or e-mail returns@pargolferonline.co.uk to arrange an exchange over.
For purchases over 21 days old and less than 12 months old - please send back the item to the address below. We will inspect the item. At our discretion, we will either repair, replace or return the item to you (we return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault). If we feel the item is faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that you have incurred when the item was returned.
Returning a product Please e-mail or telephone before returning any product to us to advise us of the return, we will issue you with a returns number - please write this number clearly on the outside of the box. Send your unused or faulty product(s) to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address, sales number and contact telephone number. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a signed for service for all returns and that you ensure the goods are adequately insured for loss or damage during transit. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
